The curricula for each contract are discussed in detail and developed in consultation with the business client before the contract begins. The implementation of the contract: the level of learning, the achievement of the set objectives, the standardisation of the tests, is supervised by the Programme Director.
At the request of business clients, the training needs of the employees are identified and then analysed, allowing us to propose an optimal training plan. We then conduct tests (including online) and interviews, which allows us to divide the trainees into language groups according to their current level of language proficiency and identified training needs.
Course books and supplementary materials (support on the E-LEARNING platform) are offered for each level, as well as a course programme is presented and objectives are defined to ensure an action plan in line with expectations.
A very important issue in learning is the monitoring of progress. Through regular quizzes and tests (midterm and final), both our students and us can observe the language development of the trainees, as well as actively influence the realisation of their potential. This allows us to react quickly and adapt our programmes even better to the current needs of the specific group.
At the halfway point of the training, we provide participants with an ASSESSMENT OF PROGRESS.
We also use a language training management system that allows those responsible in companies for organising training to monitor the performance of employees.
